1.- ADDITIONAL AND DETAILED INFORMATION

In compliance with the duty of information set forth in Article 10 of Law 34/2002, of July 11, 2002, on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce and in order to respect the basic principles set forth in Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, 2007, approving the revised text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws, we hereby inform you of the following points:

1.1.- What are cookies?

Our website requires local storage of data, i.e. saving different types of data on your device through your web browser. Among others, the website stores data related to the user’s navigation on it, what are the user’s settings, what browser is used, and what types of cookies are used. Regarding the latter, we must emphasize that they allow us to improve your user experience by analyzing your browsing habits.

Cookies are therefore small text files and numbers that are downloaded and installed on your computer, mobile or tablet through your browser (Internet Explorer, Firefox, Chrome, Safari…), or through a Flash application. Cookies, therefore, allow websites to «remember» you, either during one visit or over several visits, and store information about your preferences in order to offer you a personalized, easier, and faster experience.

1.2.- For what purposes do we use cookies?

Specifically, our website uses cookies for the following purposes and processing:

  • To personalize your navigation and services in your browser. Among other things, this allows us to remember the country from which you access the website, the language in which you view the content or the Internet speed at which you access it.
  • To improve our services, the user experience and to know the traffic and visualizations of the web page. Thus, we will be able to know how often the website has been visited and the traffic on the different pages. However, it should be noted that this data is not directly identifiable.

1.3.- What types of cookies are there?

There are the following types of cookies:

1.Depending on who is the entity that manages the equipment or domain from which the cookies are sent and treats the data obtained, we can distinguish between:

  • Own Cookies: These are those that are sent to the user’s terminal equipment from the website.
  • Third-party cookies: These are those that are sent to the user’s terminal equipment from a computer or domain that is not managed by the editor, but by another entity that processes the data obtained through cookies, such as Google Analytics.

  1. Depending on the length of time they remain activated in the terminal equipment:
  • Session Cookies: These are a type of cookies designed to collect and store data while the user accesses a web page. As their name suggests, these cookies are stored on your terminal until the end of the user’s browsing session.
  • Persistent cookies: These are a type of cookies in which the data remain stored in the terminal and can be accessed and treated for a period defined by the person responsible for the cookie, and that can range from a few minutes to several years.

3.According to their purpose:

  • Technical Cookies: These are those that allow the user to navigate through the website or platform and use the different options or services that exist in it, such as, for example, controlling traffic and data communication, identifying the session , access restricted access parts, use security features while browsing or store content for broadcasting videos or sound or share content through social networks such as Twitter, Facebook, Google+ or Youtube. These are session and persistent cookies.
  • Personalization Cookies: These are those that allow the user to access the service with some predefined characteristics based on a series of criteria in the user’s terminal, such as, for example, the type of browser through which the service is accessed, the regional configuration from where you access the service, etc.
  • Analytical Cookies: These are those that allow us to quantify the number of users and thus carry out the measurement and statistical analysis of the use made by users of our website. To do this, your browsing on our website is analyzed in order to improve it.
  • Advertising Cookies: These are those that allow the management, in the most efficient way possible, of the advertising spaces that could be included on our website.
  • Behavioral advertising Cookies: These cookies store information on the behavior of users obtained through continuous observation. Thanks to them, we can know your Internet browsing habits and show you advertising related to your browsing profile.
  • Affiliate Cookies: They allow you to track visits from other websites, with which the website establishes an affiliation contract (affiliation companies).
